Travis Arnett, President
Travis Arnett earned his degree in Business Administration from The College of Charleston. While working for local general contractors, he developed a deep knowledge of the business and practical skills of construction. In 2008, Travis founded Arnett Construction and Arnett Custom Homes. Travis believes in the company’s core values: integrity, diligent attention to detail and the desire to serve his clients to the fullest.

Through a simple and straightforward process, Arnett Custom Homes takes every project from vision to reality. No gimmicks or time wasters here – we listen, we translate and we create. STEP 1 - WE TALK.
Any project begins with a good relationship. Let’s meet! We’d love to hear about your property or your vision and tell you more about how we can help. We’ll walk you through essential questions, gather your inspiration and talk about project scope and expectations.
STEP 2 - WE DESIGN.
Using your inspiration, client surveys and any other project specifics, we will dive into the design phase of your project. Working through conceptual designs your project will grow from artwork to blueprint. Bringing in materials, exterior finishes and other potential trades, your custom home or remodel will take shape.
STEP 3 - WE BUILD.
By the time construction is set to begin, your permits, approvals and other requirements are in place. Your project is now in the hands of the award-winning Arnett Custom Homes team, managing the top sub-contractors and tradesmen in Charleston SC. Your five-star experience includes regular communication as your dream becomes reality.
